Caroline brings over three decades of executive experience in sales leadership, brokerage operations, recruiting, and business development within the Canadian real estate sector.

Her leadership experience includes senior executive roles at Royal LePage Canada, where she has contributed to network growth, professional development, and performance support for real estate professionals across the country. Her career also includes experience as a Broker in  multiple Canadian provinces, Vice President of Recruiting and Business Development, and national leadership roles in sales and marketing.

This depth of experience allows Caroline to provide practical, industry-grounded coaching that goes beyond theory and focuses on the real drivers of success in real estate: relationships, consistency, positioning, and revenue discipline.
